PLEASE READ ! ! 

PAYING FOR THE SERVICE I BOOKED FOR?

  1. Always keep in mind that payment is due AFTER your service appointment.

  2. If you decide to pay with Sunbit, make sure you apply for financing the day before your appointment date.

  3.  You can pay with Cash, Cash-App, Tap-to-Pay, Debit or Credit Card, Apply Pay & Samsung Pay is included in the mix as well.

  4. If your appointment was cancelled or rescheduled because you weren’t ready for service, you must pay for your reschedule appointment as soon as a new date is established.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN PART(S)?

  1. Providing your own part will save you money.  There is a markup on every part sold on this platform. 

  2. The markup is due to the warranty service that is provided with every service provided.

  3. Always keep in mind, if your part fails, you will need to pay the labor rate once again to install a replacement part.

  4. The warranty would only cover the workmanship, this is if you provided your own part.

  5. There will be a discount added to your estimate if you submit a warranty repair request. You must request a discount on each occurrence.

  6. Please make sure that there is no fitment concern with the part you provide.

  7. If there is a concern with your part, we will have to reschedule your appointment with a $50 cancellation fee attached to your next appointment.

BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT, AND YOU RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE?

  1. Make sure you review your estimate

  2. Authorized that estimate, authorizing your estimate simply states that you would like the work you requested done.

  3. If you don’t authorize your estimate, the parts needed, if any, won’t be ordered.

  4. Your estimate is payable, BUT payment is NOT DUE until the work you requested is completed.

  5. Once authorized, your estimate is now an invoice, and the date associated with your invoice is now LOCKED-IN for service. 

  6. This means that no one can schedule an appointment on your time slot. 

  7. There is also a fee if you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule.  Please see our FEE LIST!  

HAD YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED, NOW YOU’RE WAITING FOR AN ESTIMATE?

  1. Please review your estimate before authorizing it into an invoice.

  2. Once you authorize, your parts are ordered within the hour.

  3. Therefore, if you cancel this appointment or reschedule there is a fee associated.

  4. If you don’t authorize your estimate, the parts needed, if any, won’t be ordered.

  5. Your rescheduling fee is $85, and you can cancel for $120.

  6. Once the mechanic arrives at your location, your cancellation fee is $120.

HAVE YOUR OWN PARTS, BUT NEED THEM INSTALLED?

  1. Providing your own part will save you some money. 

  2. Always keep in mind that if the part fails, you will need to pay the labor rate once again to install a replacement part. 

  3. Please make sure that there is no fitment concern with the part you have.

  4. If there is a concern with your part, we will have to reschedule your appointment with a $125 cancellation fee attached to your account.

ALL SERVICE ON THIS PLATFORM COMES WITH A 12-12 WARRANTY.

  1. There is a warranty on both the part and the labor provided to you on each visit.

  2. If you need a warranty inspection, just book it online like you would for regular service.

  3. The service visit will cost you $63, this is due to the mechanic’s time including a service vehicle operating cost.

  4. If you provide your own part, you still do have a warranty on the labor service that was performed during repair service.

  5. An inspection needs to be carried out before any additional repairs are carried out.

WOULD YOU LIKE WORK DONE, BUT YOU’RE ON A FIXED OR LIMITED INCOME?

  1. If you are on a fixed or limited income, you can now pre-pay for services you may need. 

  2. This takes the ‘can I afford it’ dilemma out the equation. 

  3. Selecting a plan also guarantees the services you book will be completed when needed, once your plan is active. 

  4. Your plan is ONLY active if you pay for that entire plan, and you don’t have an outstanding balance.
